Privacy policy

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, optional phone number, and the names and text you type into the designs.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Welcome offer: if you ask for a discount code, your email and the code we give you. If you also tick the box for news and sales, we note that consent; you can withdraw it anytime by messaging us.
• Payment: handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.

• To make, ship and support your order, and to answer your messages.
• To check that a welcome code is used once, by the email it was given to. We only send news or sale emails if you agreed to them.
• We share your name, address and design with our print and shipping partners only so they can make and deliver your order.
• We don't sell your information.

We use local storage to keep your cart and any discount code working, and to remember that you closed the welcome offer. When you pay, PayPal may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud; see PayPal's privacy statement. We don't use advertising cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll list them here first.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, warranty claims, and tax and accounting rules (usually up to 7 years). Messages are kept for up to 2 years. Welcome sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them.

• Message us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll answer within 30 days.
• If you live in a US state with a privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
• We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
